Welcome to River Ridge/Robinwood/​​​​​​​Foxcroft
River Ridge, Robinwood, and Foxcroft are popular neighborhoods located north of Cantrell Road near the I-430 intersection. Homes in these neighborhoods were built beginning in the 1960s and have an average lot size of approximately half an acre.
Many residences in River Ridge include incredible views of either the Arkansas River or a valley view of wooded greenspace. The Robinwood subdivision to the east features generously-sized lots with varied styles of architecture including ranch, colonial, and stately homes built in the 1960s and 1970s. Foxcroft is one of Little Rock's most popular neighborhoods for growing families and is home to the Little Rock Racquet Club. The homes in this hilly, wooded area span from 30 years old to almost new.
Built in 1985, Pavilion in the Park is an enclosed upscale shopping center on Cantrell Road, notable for its many locally-owned and operated businesses. Several tenants carry a long legacy in the city, such as Bauman's Men's Store, which opened downtown in 1919, and Trio's Restaurant, which has menu influences from the former Sam Peck Hotel, another historic downtown fixture.
