Welcome to The Hickory Neighborhoods
The Hickory Neighborhoods are located off Hinson Road in West Little Rock, just 12 miles from downtown Little Rock, and include four gated communities: Hickory Hills, Hickory Creek, Hickory Grove, and Hickory Pointe.
Hickory Hills was developed first in the late 1970s and boasts large home sites. Large, mature trees give this neighborhood a less “subdivision” feel. Hickory Creek was developed next in the late 1980s with 72 home sites on 65 acres, the average home site being half an acre. Both Hickory Hills and Hickory Creek employ full-time guard service at the entrance for 24-hour security.
Hickory Grove was developed in the 1990s and comprises two neighborhoods, each with private gated entrances. The lot sizes in Hickory Grove are smaller than those in Hickory Hills and Hickory Creek, and the property owners’ association cares for the common areas as well as each individual property. Lastly, Hickory Pointe was developed in the early 2000s and features a small neighborhood feel with only 21 lots. The homes are all custom-built and enjoy diverse architectural styles.
