Sue is a native of Magnolia but spent many years living in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she owned a boutique luncheon restaurant and gift shop, Bon Appétit. She honed her business skills developing and running her restaurant, turning it into one of the top ten small businesses in Shreveport-Bossier. Sue spent over 20 years serving the public and gained invaluable skills from her success as a small business owner.
Sue sold Bon Appétit when she and her husband Mike moved to Little Rock. She began working for Southern Living at Home and quickly became a lead director of the home decor company. When she decided to explore a new career path, Sue joined her daughter Stephanie Fess Tharp in residential real estate.
Sue has applied her knowledge of customer service, commitment to others, and tenacious work ethic to her real estate career, leading her to become a top producer in Little Rock.
Sue maintains a high level of commitment to her clients throughout the home buying and selling process. She believes it's an honor and a privilege to work with people at such important times in their lives.
Sue serves on the board of the Little Rock Meet and Greet Club and is a member of Fellowship Bible Church. Sue loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys the support of a large family. She bases her previous business success and her current real estate career success on Harvey McKay’s advice, “Do what you love, love what you do, and deliver more than you promise.”
