Sara Gardner loves helping her clients successfully navigate the home buying experience, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. She especially loves helping first-time home buyers purchase their first home.
Little Rock to the core, Sara was born and raised in the city and graduated from the University of Arkansas. With an aptitude for details and deadlines, Sara was a natural fit for the financial sector and began her career working in her father’s accounting and property management firm. But when she obtained her real estate license to better manage the business’s rental properties, a fire was lit inside her.
Relishing the dynamic nature of the industry, she never looked back. Sara has been licensed for more than 30 years and in the residential market for 14 years. She works with buyers and sellers at all price points throughout central Arkansas, and referrals from previous buyers and sellers represent a big part of her business. Sara even helps many of her starter families purchase their second homes.
Sara lives in Roland with her husband Price. Their daughter Megan, married to Evan, is a pharmacist with Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare, and their son David is a graduate student at the University of Oklahoma.
