RENNIE JENKINS

In the Central Arkansas real estate market, Rennie Jenkins is known among colleagues and clients for her sharp eye for design, her strong work ethic, and her genuine dedication to helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions. Her clients often point to her clear communication, attention to detail and ability to make even a complicated transaction feel seamless.

Rennie is a multi-million-dollar producer with Jon Underhill Real Estate, specializing in real estate throughout Central Arkansas, including West Little Rock, Chenal Valley, Pleasant Valley, the Heights, and North Little Rock.

Rennie's understanding of homes started early. Growing up in a family of construction and property professionals, she spent time on job sites and around properties from a young age, learning to evaluate a home's structure, design, and potential well before she ever considered real estate as a career. That foundation shaped her eye for what a property could become and led her to purchase and renovate her first investment property, the start of her real estate journey.

"I want every client to feel like the process is manageable, not overwhelming," Rennie says.  "Whether I'm preparing a home for sale or helping a family envision what a property could become, I bring the same level of care and attention to every transaction."

Rennie holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education. Before real estate, she provided in-home early intervention developmental therapy to young children and their families. Rennie and her husband Brad chaired Home for Healing's Monster Bash, the nonprofit's largest fundraiser, in October 2023, and will chair the Little Rock American Heart Association Heart Ball in 2027. Rennie also serves on the Board of Directors for Home for Healing.

Rennie was born and raised in Central Arkansas and currently resides in West Little Rock, where she is an active member of Chenal Country Club. She is thankful to celebrate 17 years of marriage to her husband Brad, a native Arkansan and Central Arkansas physician. Together they have five adult children.
