ELLE KERFOOT

Elle Kerfoot is a Little Rock native with a deep appreciation for the community, beauty, and lifestyle that Arkansas offers. Born and raised in Little Rock, she has spent her entire life building relationships in the city she is proud to now serve professionally.

Elle graduated from Little Rock Christian Academy in 2022 before attending the University of Arkansas, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the Sam M. Walton College of Business in May 2026. Her education built a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship management, all of which translate directly into exceptional service for buyers and sellers alike.

During her time at the University of Arkansas, Elle was a proud four-year member of Pi Beta Phi, where she developed leadership skills, cultivated lasting friendships, and deepened her commitment to service through philanthropy and community involvement. That spirit of giving back continues today through her role as an inaugural member of the American Heart Association Young Professionals Network in Little Rock.

Elle brings real, hands-on experience as a real estate agent. Over the past four summers, she worked alongside the principal broker at Jon Underhill Real Estate, gaining practical exposure to market research and analysis, client interactions, property showings, open houses, and contract negotiations. That foundation, combined with earning her real estate license in 2024, has equipped Elle with real-world knowledge, sharp professional instincts, and a thorough understanding of what clients need at every stage of the process.
