DONNA CARLSON

Donna Carlson is a lifelong resident of Little Rock and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in social work. After raising two children, Donna embarked on a successful 20-year career as a local business owner before beginning her residential real estate career in 2004.  

Donna applies a personal approach to each client’s home buying or home selling experience. Her passion is helping her clients make one of the biggest decisions in their lives – finding the perfect home. She has extensive, first-hand knowledge of Chenal neighborhoods as well as neighborhoods throughout Little Rock, which attributes to her unique understanding of these markets. Donna has been repeatedly recognized as a multimillion dollar producer by the Little Rock Realtors Association. Donna and her husband Steve have been married 57 years. They live in The Oaks neighborhood of Chenal Valley and are active members of Chenal Country Club, where Donna has served on the membership committee. She has also served as a member of The Oaks board and is a past member of both the landscape and activities committees. Donna and Steve are members of Calvary Baptist Church and enjoy time with friends as well as their children and four grandchildren. In the community, Donna is a volunteer with AR Kids Read program, the local soup kitchen at the Friendly Chapel and has served in mission trips to Haiti and Peru. Donna also loves to serve in Helena annually with the Together for Hope program where she works with women and children.
